1. PRICES
All prices are based on costs prevailing at the time of publication of the price list. These can change without notice. However, once a holiday has been paid for, we will guarantee the price, unless it is subsequently affected by Government action or natural calamities beyond the control of NUGUNUGU SAFARIS LTD

2. RESERVATIONS, DEPOSIT, PAYMENT PROCEDURE
We can only hold confirmed provisional space for 14 days awaiting your confirmation of the safari. If provisional space is not confirmed within this period, space will be auto released. Once you confirm a safari, in order for us to hold the space, we require an immediate deposit of 30% of the total invoice (total safari cost invoice will be sent to you at this stage) – this deposit must be received within 10 days of confirmation. Failure may result in losing confirmed space. Full payment is then required at least 40 days prior to arrival date. For bookings made within the 40 days of arrival, full payment is due on confirmation. Notwithstanding any prior confirmation arrangements, the right is reserved not to execute tours if payment has not been received in accordance with the foregoing.

3. CANCELLATIONS
a) Cancellation made outside 90 days prior to arrival of any safari or tour, deposit will be refunded.
b) Cancellation between 90 days and 76 days prior to arrival – 20% of total cost will be charged.
c) Cancellation between 75 days and 64 days prior to arrival – 50% of total cost will be charged.
d) Cancellation after 65 days prior to arrival – 100% of total cost will be charged. We strongly recommend that you get full trip cancellation insurance.

4. RATES
Included in the cost given is the vehicle and driver-guide, all Government hotel taxes, hotel services charges and game drives, flight as applicable to the itinerary, all entry fees (except where these are specifically quoted separately) – accommodation in Nairobi is bed and breakfast and full board whilst on safari (unless specified differently in the itinerary). Not included are departure taxes, visas, gratuities (other than services charges), beverages, laundry and other such personal expenses (except where these are specifically included).

5. ACCOMMODATION
Wherever possible, we book rooms with private baths throughout on the basis of two persons sharing a double room. Single rooms are scarce and we can guarantee a maximum of 2 single rooms  per booking and sometime may double up, where this occurs, an appropriate refund will be made directly to the client. Hotels, lodges and camps where mentioned, are named as an indication of category and rooms may be reserved at similar hotels, lodges and camps.

6. TRANSPORTATION
Safari 4×4 minivans or Safari 4×4 Land Cruiser vehicles will be provided (depending on your request), according to the route and the number of participants. The right is reserved to employ the services of sub-contractors. English or other language speaking driver-guides are provided.

7. ALTERNATIONS TO ITINERARY
The right is reserved to change any route or arrangement should conditions necessitate to offer substitutes of equal value or to cancel the operation of any scheduled tour. The right is also reserved to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any tour at any time, in which event an equitable amount will be refunded. NUGUNUGU SAFARIS LTD and its agents act only as the agent of the passenger in all matters relating to accommodation, meals, tours and transportation of any type, and shall not be for inconvenience, omission of service, injury, delay, loss or damage from any case and in any manner whosoever, including weather, machinery breakdown, labour disputes, civil disturbances and government orders.

8. INSURANCES
NUGUNUGU SAFARIS LTD is insured against legal liabilities arising from injuries which may be incurred by passengers in its own vehicles, subject only to the jurisdiction of the courts of any country we operate. With the uncertainties of today’s world, we recommend that you get full comprehensive personal insurance (THIS IS A MUST) for any and every eventuality, this can be obtained through your own travel agents, airlines or your own traditional insurance company.

8 TRAVEL DOCUMENTS & REQUIREMENTS
It is the responsibility of the Client to obtain and carry a valid passport/ID and any other documents including visas and international certificates of vaccination required for travel to, from and within the travel destination.

It is the responsibility of the client to confirm visa and other travel requirements for all regional and international journeys.

9. CONSENT
The payment of the deposit or any other partial payment for a booking constitutes consent to all provision of the conditions and general information contained in the terms and conditions. The terms on which the Client agrees to make the booking cannot be changed unless amended in writing and signed by a director of the Company.
